Baby Chakraborty :- All India General Secretary of Trinamool Congress Abhishek Banerjee played a big blow in the Supreme Court in the teacher corruption case. As Abhishek Banerjee’s name was implicated in the West Bengal teacher recruitment corruption case, he was summoned by the ED for questioning. So he challenged it in the Supreme Court. And there he played the shock. Not only Abhishek Banerjee but also his wife Rujira Banerjee was summoned by the ED.
But now there is nothing to do. Both the petitions were rejected by the Supreme Court. However, earlier Abhishek and his wife Rujira had to face interrogation at the CGO complex. But this time when both of them were called to Delhi for interrogation, Abhishek and Rujira said they would not go to Delhi.
It was said by the ED that interrogation in Kolkata may cause security problems. That is why they have been called to Delhi. In this regard, Abhishek Banerjee said that he and his family were being harassed due to repeated calls to Delhi in the name of investigation. So Abhishek’s question is why the interrogation will not be done in Kolkata despite the ED office in Kolkata? For that, Abhishek Banerjee challenged the ED’s summons to the Supreme Court.
