Recently, junior doctors came to the flood-affected Kanakhali village of Keshpur and stood beside the helpless people. Also, the entire village is submerged due to flooding, with many people still spending their days under house arrest. These doctors treated the patients standing knee-deep in water.

Junior doctors agitating against RG Kar took this initiative under the banner of ‘Abhaya Clinic’. Apart from the physical problems of the villagers, he talked about various health risks after the flood and gave various health advices. Not only medical treatment, but also went door to door and handed over necessary medicines, dry food and relief items to them. This initiative was invaluable to the locals. On this day
