Baby Chakraborty: Siliguri:- On the afternoon of January 3, 2024, Mohammed Abbas openly cycled a school girl into an abandoned house in Matigara, raped her and killed her. After that, the police of Matigara police station arrested the accused Mohammad Abbas with the help of CCTV camera. The case started. After about 9 months of trial, the Siliguri court finally found Mohammad Abbas guilty. The court found him guilty based on all the evidence including a student, a police witness. The lawyer for the dead girl guessed that convict Mohammad Abbas will be given the harshest punishment next Friday.
Meanwhile, the family members of the deceased student are happy because they have been found guilty. Since Wednesday morning, the family members of the deceased student and their members of the society have sat on dharna in the court premises holding placards and waiting for the verdict of the court.
