After going in the wrong direction for more than 1-and-a-half minutes, the driver regained consciousness after reaching Nakodar station. Disgraceful picture of railway disorganization is revealed once again.
The train driver took a different route from Jalandhar to Amritsar. After that the driver realized the mistake and stopped the train at Nakodar station. Naturally, the uproar started, the angry train passengers started protesting. Incidentally, the train left Kolkata on Tuesday afternoon on its way to Amritsar. After this incident, a separate engine was brought and the train was taken towards Amritsar. Even after going the wrong way, the passengers of the train escaped from a major accident. Although the train ran at high speed on the wrong track for almost half an hour, the station master, control room, signal staff of the various stations in the respective area could not catch such a big mistake, the question has been raised.
