Alipore court sent four people including Sandeep Ghosh to judicial custody on charges of financial corruption

Baby Chakraborty, Kolkata:- Four persons arrested by CBI including Sandeep Ghosh in RG Kar Medical College financial corruption case have been sent to judicial custody till 23rd. They will be kept in the Presidency Correctional Facility for the time being. Sandeep Ghosh, Suman Hazra, Afsar Ali and Biplab Singh were produced in the Alipore court after their remand ended on Tuesday on charges of financial corruption in RG Kar Medical College Hospital. But the significant thing is that Sandeep Ghosh’s lawyer did not ask for his bail even today.

CBI lawyers also did not demand to take them into custody. CBI lawyers argue that digital cloning will be done to prove certain facts. He will be taken into custody again if we get some more information and evidence. But the court said then whether CBI custody will be given will depend on the situation.
