
Baby Chakraborty:- Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal got bail in the Supreme Court CBI Excise policy case on Friday. And as soon as this news spread, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders felt relief and smiles returned to their faces. They hugged each other with joy. Also, the leaders breathed a sigh of relief as the Supreme Court announced Arvind Kejriwal’s bail today. Other party leaders were also seen shaking hands with Sisodia and Atishi. He was already granted interim bail in the case of financial fraud related to the Enforcement Directorate’s excise policy.
The Delhi Chief Minister was arrested by the ED on March 21 in a financial fraud probe for alleged irregularities in Delhi’s Excise Policy 2021-22. He was arrested by the CBI on June 26 while he was in the custody of the Enforcement Directorate in the Excise case. After his release, the AAP welcomed the apex court’s verdict and said, ‘Satyamev Jayate’. Former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, who was recently granted bail in the Excise policy case, said, ‘Today, once again against lies and conspiracies. Truth won the battle.
The power of truth broke the locks of the dictator’s prison. Atishi said, “Truth can be disturbed, but it cannot be defeated. On the other hand, BJP leader Gaurav Bhatian taunted Arvind Kejriwal on Friday, taunting the Chief Minister of Delhi and said, “The Chief Minister of Jailwala has now become the Chief Minister of ‘Bailiff’.
He also demanded the resignation of Kejriwal. Most importantly, according to the voice of the people of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal should resign as Chief Minister. But he won’t because he doesn’t have an iota of morals.He used to say, a politician should resign even if there are complaints. And now out on bail, 6 months in jail, but not resigning.
Now he is in the category of accused. However, when the news spread that Arvind Kejriwal was being released, the joy of AAP leaders and workers was quite visible. The light of happiness spread around. Many expressed joy due to this release. However, the BJP leadership started making various jokes. What is now to be seen is how much passion the common people of Delhi have on this issue, and political experts are looking at it.
