
Baby Chakraborty: Chunchura:- 35-year-old Partha Sarathi Ghosh died after being hit by an auto at Chunchura Barabazar under Chunchura police station around 11 am on Sunday. Parth Babu was a very good person compared to the common people of the area. His house is in Ward No. 21 under Chunchura Municipality and he has a small phone shop in Bara Bazar area. While cycling from home to his shop, Bandel Chunchura commuters coming at high speed from the opposite direction.
The laden auto lost control and rammed Partha Sarthi Ghosh. Perth collapsed at the scene, local people rushed to Chunchura District Headquarters Hospital. There the doctor declared Ra Partha dead. And the car overturned and 4 passengers including the auto driver were injured and are undergoing treatment in the hospital. MLA Asit Majumder, Councilor Mita Chatterjee and Trinamool Congress workers rushed to Tarigari after hearing the news. Later, MLA Asit Majumder said that Partha Sarthi was a dedicated worker of Trinamool party. All the family members were shocked and saddened by his death. The MLA said that arrangements should be made to control totos and autos in the city after talking to the transport minister.
Common people have to suffer. But as Sunday is a holiday, people are somewhat protected. Common people say when this toto and auto racing and reckless driving will reduce.
